Lisandra is a strategist, operator, entrepreneurial ecosystem leader, and AI-native builder working at the intersection of organizations, entrepreneurship, systems, and emerging technology.

Her work centers on the institutions that support entrepreneurs — including entrepreneurial-support organizations, funders, economic-development organizations, community partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders.

She helps organizations translate strategy into stronger programs, partnerships, systems, and founder experiences through fractional leadership, embedded execution, entrepreneurial education, AI implementation, and program innovation.

Her work with entrepreneurs happens directly through these ecosystems: designing and delivering programs, facilitating cohorts, coaching founders, and helping organizations better understand and respond to what entrepreneurs need.

Lisandra is also a Certified Lovable Expert in both Website Building and App Building. She uses AI-native development to extend Rebel’s work beyond strategy — rapidly turning ideas into production-ready websites, applications, portals, internal tools, prototypes, and digital experiences that organizations can actually test and use.

This combination of strategy and building allows her to shorten the distance between identifying an opportunity and putting something tangible into the world.

Jason is a founder, venture strategist, investor-relations advisor, leadership educator, and doctoral researcher focused on high-growth startups and the people building them.

He works directly with founders and leadership teams as they navigate the critical decisions between early traction and scale — from venture strategy and product-market fit to capital strategy, investor readiness, investor relationships, growth, and organizational leadership.

Jason is pursuing a PhD in Value-Creating Education for Global Citizenship at DePaul University.

His doctoral work adds a deeper research lens to questions of value creation, human agency, leadership, innovation, interdependence, and how businesses can create sustainable economic and social value.

That perspective informs his approach to venture building: helping founders think beyond short-term growth toward the conditions required to create resilient companies, trusted relationships, durable value, and organizations capable of creating value for more than one stakeholder.

His work helps founders sharpen the business behind the vision, understand what investors and markets require, and build the strategy, narrative, relationships, and operating discipline needed for the next stage of growth.
